Having worked in High Street, Financial, Marketing and Data orientated recruitment, Mike has an understanding on how to improve on the recruitment and resourcing of staff for your company. He has recruited at all levels, from Graduates to Managing Directors, from financial services to design agencies. Outside of work, Mike enjoys time with the family, usually his own, plus embarrassing his children with his impressions of various “ ... in the night garden” characters.

Chris Ryland
Finance Director

“Been there and got the t-shirt”. Never before has a phrase been so true then applied to Chris. Having built a software firm from scratch to worth nearly half a billion, Chris now works with companies in helping to develop their position in the market place. Also runs events and hospitality firm Venues of Distinction. When not trying out for Dragons Den, Chris can be seen on his boat, The Havengore, and asking his daughter why she married that Mike bloke in the first place.
