Highly regarded and successful research agency, with its own committed ethical healthcare arm, are looking for a committed and experienced director to be responsible for the running of high profile projects

This role is vital to the firm’s future success, as the associate director will be organising, co-ordinating and motivating a team of account managers and researchers, to ensure successful project outcome

You will be looked to ensure client continuity and complete satisfaction in the services my clients offers, helping to develop the best processes and tools to run projects and ensure this is implemented across your team. This person would also be responsible for helping to improve efficiency and quality and would ultimately  become involved in their recruitment and retention strategy. 

Your back ground will be in Ad Hoc Research, gained agency side for healthcare/pharmaceutical clients. The role will require someone with the confidence and conviction to persuade and influence, someone who is a good facilitator with strong change management skills and the type of personality to quickly earn trust and respect

We would consider someone looking for a 4 day week, or perhaps 5 shorter days
