R004 Associate Research Director

An Associate Director is needed, by this hugely well respected research agency, to take full responsibility for ongoing research projects with high profile clients

Reporting directly to the Research Director, the associate director will work to ensure that a full range of my clients services are offered, the value they will bring understood, and that repeat business is generated. Key responsibilities will include a high level of project management, overseeing the planning from start to finish, always ensuring appropriate resources are in place

You will ensure objectives are clearly understood, establishing appropriate protocols for qualitative and quantitative products. The high standard of research which you and your team will provide, will ensure client satisfaction, in turn, an increase in business

The successful candidate will have ad hoc FMCG experience, agency or client side, with strong quant and qual exposure. You will be a strong leader, able to guide, develop and motivate your team, to allow them to present the client with the best possible results. It’s expected you will have a proven track record of success in a previous senior research management role
