Truly exceptional position, for a Client Service Director
is needed by a leading digital marketing agency, a role
with real strategic value and influence.
This
is a new role within the agency, so the successful applicant
will be a client champion for both existing accounts
and potential clients of the agency, with full responsibility
for leading the development and growth of all client
accounts.
You
will be looked to build strong, long term relationships
between the agency and all its clients. Your natural
communication skills will allow you build long term
relationships with key decision makers, understanding
their needs, and ensuring the agency delivers the very
best strategic and campaign work to meet these.
This
will involve working closely across the media and creative
teams to expand the range of services that existing
clients buy from the agency, as well as leading pitches
as required
To
be considered you will have a proven track record of
building long term, client relationships at the most
senior level, with an excellent understanding of digital
planning and media strategy, including Web 2.0. You
will understand what it takes to lead and win new business
in competitive pitches, and will be expected to be able
to demonstrate this.
In
